Travelling to Nigeria

Nigerian immigration requirements are determined by the Nigeria Immigration Service and may change before the Congress in July 2027.
Business Single Entry e-Visa
For foreign nationals who require a visa, the Business Single Entry e-Visa – F4A is the principal category currently identified by the Nigeria Immigration Service for attendance at business meetings, conferences, seminars and training.
If You Require a Visa
Confirm the appropriate visa category through the Nigeria Immigration Service. For ordinary Congress attendance, the F4A Business Single Entry e-Visa is the principal conference-related category currently identified by NIS.
Visa-Free & Exempt Travellers
Citizens covered by applicable visa-free arrangements, including eligible ECOWAS travellers, may not require the standard short-visit visa. Travellers should still confirm their individual status and required travel documentation before departure.
Always Reconfirm
Visa categories, eligibility rules, documentation, fees and entry procedures can change. Every traveller should check the official Nigeria Immigration Service guidance before applying and again before travelling.
