About the Congress
The Global Congress on Robotic & Minimally Invasive Surgery 2027 will bring together surgical professionals, healthcare leaders, researchers, educators, innovators and industry partners for four days of learning, collaboration and international exchange in Lagos, Nigeria.
Under the theme “Advancing Surgical Innovation, Skills and Access,” the Congress will explore developments in robotic and minimally invasive surgery alongside digital surgery, artificial intelligence, simulation, surgical education, perioperative practice and the implementation of innovative surgical technologies across diverse healthcare settings.
The programme begins on 27 July 2027 with a dedicated Pre-Congress Skills & Training Day, followed by the Main Scientific Congress from 28-30 July 2027 at The Civic Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos.
