Equipment transportation & logistics: Where equipment is supplied for demonstrations, exhibition, training or other Congress activities, the contributing industry partner is responsible, where applicable, for shipping, freight, customs clearance, temporary importation, local transport, insurance, handling, installation, dismantling, storage, re-export and associated costs and arrangements, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing. Equipment contribution value does not automatically include these logistics costs.
