Early-bird deadline: 30 January 2027. Late registration begins 1 February 2027 and costs 25% more. The published country fee groups are TORG Congress administrative classifications, not official World Bank classifications. The fee is subject to Secretariat verification.

Privacy and institutional details: Name, professional title and affiliation may be used for badges and registration administration. Public publication of a delegate’s identity or institutional affiliation requires an appropriate lawful basis and clear notice. Before launch, add a dedicated Congress privacy notice identifying the data controller, lawful bases, retention periods, recipients, international transfers (if applicable), rights and contact details. A separate marketing opt-in is required for promotional emails unrelated to Congress administration.
